HMG was founded in the year 1970, as a private limited liability company, specialized in import, sales and service of "Electronics, Brown Goods, Electrical Home Appliances, Kitchen Electrical Appliances, Air-conditions, Telecommunication Equipments, Office Equipments and General Trade".

To maintain steady growth, expansion and providing quality products and services, the group focused on developing and maintaining deep rooted business ties with individual customers, dealers, suppliers, public sector and group employees as one family from its earliest days as all considered one family. Accordingly HMG mission was developed "Commitment to provide the best" after sales service for our customers in Jordan , in the sector of electrical appliances and electronics, and enhance employees capabilities and improve their standard of living.

In year 2000 Trusty Telecommunication Trading Company has emerged from he group to handle the office and telecommunication equipment, printers computers and its systems, in order to meet the growing demand in the Jordanian market, and from that since HMG has stepped forward to serve their customers the best they can.

Growth is the main objective for Haider Murad and Sons Investment Group, so the board of management has expanded the group in year 2001 and established Trusty Housing Company, which was another successful step in the real estate and housing .
